Before your event:

• One in-person consultation

  • Venue walkthrough

  • Discussion of your desired layout and timeline for the day of your event

  • Please provide me with vendor contact information.

    • We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request.

  • Unlimited call/text/email consultation

  • Final detail confirmation with all vendors the week of your event

The Day of Your Event:

• Coordination services: 5 hours

  • Justice of the peace included!
  • Serve as point of contact for all vendors​

    • Final payment distributed to all vendors on your behalf (if desired)

    • Vendors coordinated/directed based on provided layout and timeline discussed at final consultation.

  • Role of the DOC once the event begins-

    • Welcome and direct guest to the event area

    • Manage Cocktail Hour (if applicable)

    • Assist Guests with any questions or concerns

    • Set up decor or assist with decor set up to your specifications.
